What is the market size of the resale market for timeshares?
There is no simple answer to this simple question, because the resale market valuation is very difficult to answer. In 2007, totaled $ 10.6b in timeshare sales, but mostly for developers sale to buyers in their resorts. Estimates of the number of timeshare can range from tens of thousands (just look at all trying to be timeshares sold on the Internet) to an estimated $ 3.3 million! But what are they worth?
